Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you're in your postpartum journey
How often should I workout?
It’s recommended to engage in strength training at least 2x per week. If you can only make it in 1x/wk, that's still very good!

When are classes held?
Tuesday and Friday at 9:30am, and they're 45 minutes long
What kind of exercises will we do?
The program includes a variety of exercises such as resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements. These exercises are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Can strength training help with health conditions?
Yes, strength training can help manage and improve conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, and hypertension.
Do I need Exercise Experience?
No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!
